HumanWare has just come out with it’s most compact braille device to date, the Brailliant BI14 is designed for ultimate efficiency without sacrificing ergonomics or comfort, helping visually-impaired users stay connected and stay on track anywhere, anytime.
The latest Brailliant model is small and light enough to fit easily into a purse or jacket, with a compact and intuitive design. Users can type easily for hours on the ergonomic braille keyboard, which features 14 high quality braille cells with unique touch sensitive cursor routers. These braille cells are the same cells used in other Brailliant models and BrailleNote devices.
The BI14 can connect with up to five devices at once with Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) pairing to ensure they always stay paired. It even comes with a USB connection so users can stay connected on the go and keep braille at their fingertips anytime, anywhere.
The Brailliant BI14 was designed to be as user friendly as it is intelligent. It makes note-taking in contracted or uncontracted braille easier than ever, while the Brailliant Sync app (available for download from the Apple Store) allows users to sync notes taken on the BI14 with any other devices connected via their email account in real time.
With its innovative and comprehensive family of braille display devices, HumanWare is changing the way people who are blind communicate, study and work. Now with the launch of the Brailliant BI14, users can experience cutting-edge braille technology that keeps them connected like never before.
