On August 21, much of the United States will experience total darkness in the middle of the day as a full Solar eclipse of the Sun sweeps across the country.
A Solar eclipse is always an exciting event, and people who are blind want to be able to experience it as well.
NASA has produced a tactile book that describes the event to those are blind, and there is also a project that will represent the event in Real-time using only sound, or if you choose, you can listen to ACB Radio verbally describe this remarkable astronomical episode as it occurs.
Visit the ACB website to find out how to listen.
