True many of the deals found here are for things you could do without, everyday items or clearance products, but for those who enjoy a good coupon hunt just for the sake of it, this is the ultimate flash sale. This year, there are some interesting features Amazon is making available to Alexa users.
How To Take Advantage of Prime Day Deals
It’s not too late to catch Prime Day deals. It started early this year, July 10th at 4:00 PM Pacific for Alexa users. There are Alexa exclusive deals, which will also change throughout the day. According to Amazon, if you take advantage of one of these Alexa exclusive deals and it’s $20 or more, you’ll get a $10 credit. It’s an incentive to continue shopping of course, but free credit is always a plus.
Another way to catch deals throughout the day is to check the Amazon App or website. Deals change very quickly though, about every two minutes, and there are deals in all kinds of departments happening throughout the day. Prime day ends 11:59 Pacific July 11, 2017.
Besides Deals, What Else Makes Prime Day Interesting?
There are other interesting features only available on Prime Day. For those who own Alexa devices, such as the Amazon Echo, Euo Show, or Dot, you can ask for some Prime Day only features. One of my favorite this year has been “Alexa, read funny Amazon reviews”. This is an audible presentation put together by several commedians and hosted by Jane Lynch. Are the reviews real? Perhaps not, but the entire presentation is hilarious and it goes to show that anyone can review a product. Today, Audible is also having discounts on memberships as well.
There are lots of advantages to being an Amazon Prime member. Many of these you can take advantage of without Prime Day, but for those who want to find those rare deals on the little things in life, Prime Day gives you that extra boost to do just that. While deals hurry by, there are plenty of them, so check often and you’ll be sure to find that perfect deal.
