As you are all probably aware, KNFB Reader is now an app for iOS and Android devices and smartphones. Just like the hand-held devices you distributed for us in the past, it reads and recognizes print.
KNFB reader has all the same great features, along with several new exciting ones:
· Tilt Guidance and Field of View Report to assist blind and low vision users in getting the right photograph of their text
· Ability to adjust font, text size, color and background color on the reading screen
· Synchronized Text Highlighting
· Batch mode that allows for scanning books and multi-page documents into a single file
· Automatic scanning in Batch mode – the user can simply turn pages and the app will take pictures continuously
· Ability to import and read PDF files
· Integrated with DropBox to allow saving of files directly from the app to DropBox
The KNFB Reader app is now available to distributors at a calculated discount. This version of the app, called KNFB Reader Enterprise, is available under multiple options:
· Site Licenses which can be administered to allow the purchaser to rotate licenses through sequential users
· Bulk purchase for a calculated discount
· Multi-platform packages
