CBT is back with the unveiling of the new iPhone X! Is this iPhone for you? Find out by listening in as we give our impressions and show what happens when you call emergency services!
From Apple:
Our vision has always been to create an iPhone that is entirely screen. One so immersive the device itself disappears into the experience. And so intelligent it can respond to a tap, your voice, and even a glance. With iPhone X, that vision is now a reality. Say hello to the future.
iPhone X Features:
- Face ID
- TrueDepth Camera
- Dual 12MP Cameras
- A11 Bionic
- Wireless Charging and more…

This podcast is very nice. Keep up the great work! I like the end of the podcast where you accidentally called 911. You can disable the emergency SOS feature by:
1. Open the settings app on your iPhone x.
2. Scroll down until you hear “emergency SOS” and double tap.
3. Swipe to the right until you hear VoiceOver say “auto call.”
4. Make sure that auto call is turned off. This will disable the auto call function. However, the emergency SOS button is still accessible on the power off screen.
If you accidentally call 911, do not hang up, or the police will come to your location. Just remain on the line, and explain to them what happened. 🙂

Yes, it was the most interesting experience! I was not expecting the function to work without a SIM card nor have I ever heard the siren being played on any of the YouTube videos so that was definitely a learning experience for me. And yes I did turn that off shortly after going into the Face ID ?settings
